I appreciated the spacious garden view room and the friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fresh local fruits.

The hotel features spacious, modern rooms and a welcoming atmosphere, making for a lovely stay. Although there were challenges with the air conditioning not cooling adequately and minor issues with the TV and WiFi, the friendly service and great breakfast offerings made up for it.

A spacious, quiet double room offered a lovely garden view, making for a relaxing stay. The staff was impressively professional, providing excellent service and effective communication. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring both international and delightful Colombian food, including tasty Italian dishes. However, unexpected charges appeared on my credit card after checking out, and despite multiple calls for clarification, the response was frustratingly inadequate.

Had a fab time in a double room. Big and clean, just how I like it! Staff was super sweet, especially the concierge, always willing to help. Location is on point with tons of nice places to eat close by. Breakfast was good, but could use more options. Oh, and no ice available unless you ask like a million times! 😂

I had a great stay in a Junior Suite. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds made it enjoyable. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby. I'd definitely recommend it! 😊

The spacious double room exceeded my expectations with its beautiful decor and comfortable bed. The location was superb, just a short walk from major malls and cafes. The clean, aromatic spaces made returning to the hotel a pleasure. I particularly enjoyed the stunning mountain view from my room, which added a lovely touch to my stay.

However, the breakfast variety could use improvement as it felt a bit repetitive after a few days.

We had a fantastic stay with family in a spacious Junior Suite that felt like a home away from home. The hotel offered a great spa for some relaxation. A cozy garden area to unwind in after a day of exploring. The only thing was the Wi-Fi could get a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t really take away from our fun. 😊
